The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities reported herein except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein.On August 30, 2024, the Reporting Person experienced an increase in its beneficial ownership of Momentus Inc. (the "Issuer") to above 10% of the outstanding common stock of the Issuer due to a securities borrow transaction.
