Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 31, 2022, Momentus Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that, over the weekend, the Company successfully deployed two customer satellites. The Company plans to continue to work to address the anomalies on the Vigoride spacecraft and deploy additional customer satellites. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

Momentus First Demonstration Mission Update #2
SAN JOSE, Calif.--Momentus Inc. (NASDAQ: MNTS) (“Momentus” or the “Company”), a U.S. commercial space company that plans to offer transportation and other in-space infrastructure services, today announced a status update on its first demonstration mission.
Over the weekend, we successfully deployed two customer satellites. We plan to continue work to address the anomalies on the Vigoride Spacecraft announced on May 27 and deploy additional customer satellites.
